Happy St Patrick's Day!

I can't touch the black stuff as I'm shooting all day tomorrow, so instead I thought I'd post all my favourite photos and publications from various shoots I've modelled for in Ireland :) I'd also like to take this highly appropriate opportunity to say that I am currently available to shoot in Dublin on Sunday 12th and Saturday 18th June- the only remaining dates on this year's Irish Tour :)

You can also book me to shoot at Sean McCormack Photography Studio in Galway with optional lighting tuition from the man himself on Saturday 11th June! Please click here for details.

Now, time for photos from my previous trips to Ireland :)

Buffies Boutique proudly sponsors Anita's "Valentine's Gift" Boudoir Special!

I can now confirm some exciting news: British corset, lingerie and stocking supplier Buffies Boutique are now the official sponsors of my "Valentine's Gift" Boudoir Special Offer!

To remind you of what this exclusive offer now entails...

To celebrate the month of love and romance, I am offering a sexy discount on all boudoir shoots booked and paid for this February 2011 in London and beyond!

* Per hour: £40 £30!
* Per half day: £135 £100!
*Per full day: £200 £150!
+ travel expenses (these are kept to a minimum with my railcards)

"What do I get for my £150?"

An excellent question! Just because it's Valentine's day doesn't mean you should forget your business sense, so here it is:
  • A reliable, professional model with nearly 5 years of modelling experience, an excellent reputation and the ability to contribute creatively to a shoot
  • Makeup carried out to a high standard using professional products
  • A wide range of sexy, sophisticated lingerie, from lace and silk to latex, corsets, seamed stockings and beautiful high heels, with classic boudoir accessories such as pillbox hats with veils, opera gloves and jewellery
  • Simple hairstyling
  • My living room in North London as a complimentary location, if required: plain cream walls to shoot against, working fireplace, candles, fairy lights, gold-framed mirrors and darkest brown leather couches for reclining on!
  • *NEW* Vintage glamour wardrobe provided exclusively by Buffies Boutique! Potential catalogue publication is an option!

... "Boudoir" can mean so many different things to a boudoir photographer's individual clients. Some want to be portrayed as a vintage pin-up; others as a cheeky bunny girl or naughty nurse; some want to shoot the new designer lingerie they bought especially for this special shoot, or will want to remain fully clothed in an evening dress or fur coat, or strip off and bare all to create sensual and deeply personal images for the lucky man or lady in their lives. Some will blush at the very thought of making direct eye contact with the camera and others will arrive at your studio/ boudoir set with their own suitcase of whips, chains and handcuffs, complete with latex underwear and baby oil!
Therefore, to create the most profitable boudoir portfolio possible, it is necessary for it to have a diversity of styles that reflects the diversity of sexuality within the general public, your target audience. And what more cost-effective way to do this than by booking a model and trained actress who can do it all in a day?

And when she's doing it at discounted prices for a limited time only... I believe that's what they call a "no-brainer" ;)

Many places have already been booked, but I am currently still available for a few days this month, so please email contact@anitadebauch.com as soon as possible with enquiries :)

'Twas the night before Christmas...

I'm so behind on posting photos! I have loads of new ones piled up and really need to update my portfolio with them. Maybe I'll find time over my Christmas holiday :)

There's something about the rich, warm colours in this photo by Trevor Yerbury from The Boudoir Academy that makes me feel Christmassy, so I thought I'd post it today :) Hair styling by the ever-fabulous Faye Yerbury and corset from Drac-in-a-Box!

Merry Christmas, everyone! Thank you for supporting me in my dream career by reading my blog all year and I look forward to seeing you here again soon :)

Scottish Tour 2010

I did my first Scottish tour last month and have lots of pics to show off :)

First stop was Aberdeenshire, where I shot on location with John Hughes at a tower called the Prop of Ythsie in the morning and on some beautiful beaches in the afternoon.

It was a bit damp in the morning but by lunchtime the sun was blazing. I couldn't believe I was eating my lunch on a hot sand dune and basking in the sun in SCOTLAND! :D

The next leg of the tour was in a little fishing village called Banff to meet Carmilla of Drac-in-a-Box and her lovely family :) I had a great time staying with them- they're hospitality was awesome and they are just such nice people- and I got to be a tourist as well! Banff is really picturesque :)

Pebbles on the beach. Pebbles are pretty

That little tower on the hill is apparently a temple dedicated to Venus! How cool!

Stately home Carmilla took me to visit

Secret little church/ mortuary thingy in the woods :D (That's Carmilla's little daughter on the step. She looks like a ghost!)

Pagan-looking statue of a dead knight at the back of the little church/ mortuary thingy

Next stop: Elgin Studio, which I will blog about tomorrow :) I have some bunny girl photos to share!

Goffick in Glasgow

I wanted to blog about my recent Scottish Tour and I figure the end is as good a place to start as any ;p The last day of the tour found me shooting in Glasgow for Drac-in-a-Box with Artpunk at The Buff Club. I've been an admirer of Artpunk's work since I first started "properly" modelling, so it was cool to end up working together at last!

(Necklace from Sacré Coeur @ Drac-in-a-Box)

(All hair and makeup by moi!)

The one on the right is probably not the most obvious pose/ camera angle for a model's portfolio, but I strangely like it! :)

There are more photos from the shoot up on Drac-in-a-Box's website already :)

I think I might actually still be knackered from Scotland, which is quite impressive, although I'm more mentally tired than anything else. My mind keeps going blank and I'm doing stupid things like taking three goes to put a top on the right way round :s I'm off to have a go-see with Peccatus Latex Couture tomorrow so I hope I don't make a complete idiot of myself >.<

Tonight I will mostly be giving myself DIY beauty treatments while watching Cracker and cuddling Liam, I think! It's so nice for us to both be home at the same time :D

Cover of Prole magazine

I'm on the cover of issue 2 of Prole magazine with Missy Starr (sorry the pic's a bit blurry!) :)

Photographer: John Burton

I also like the crop they're using to head their blog:

The Scottish tour is going well so far! I spent Tuesday in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside, including posing as a mermaid by the sea! The weather was absolutely beautiful and the photographer and I had a nice picnic lunch in the sand dunes :) Who knew Scotland could be hot and sunny?! :D

I've had a really fun 24 hours with Carmilla Drac-in-a-Box and her family (including kittens! ^^) in Banff and learned lots about magic and Gothic music between talking shop! I took some photos of the pretty coastline and some interesting old buildings, which I'll post next week when I'm home :)

Now I'm in Elgin (East Scotland) ready for a full day in the studio tomorrow, to be followed by two days on location in West Scotland, then on to Glasgow :)

Scottish food consumed so far:
  • stovies (beef and potatoes all mushed up together)
  • Mackie's ice-cream
  • locally made venison sausages
  • homemade oat cakes (sooo much better than the ones I've bought in English supermarkets!)

Drac-in-a-Box Alternative Wedding Dress. And sushi

I actually shot these outfits for Drac-in-a-Box in May but got so caught up in blogging about other things that I forgot to mention that they up on their online catalogue now!

I was really chuffed to be the first (I think!) to model Drac-in-a-Box's new bridal range. This skirt with the massive detachable train was really fun to wear :) There are more photos in the links below these photos.

The corset is available to buy here and the skirt, here

We shot the bridal ones at Layston Church, where we also shot the photos I posted in my last blog, then headed back to the studio in the afternoon to shoot a totally different Japanese themed outfit. The skirt is actually the same one, with the train detached!

No fish were harmed in the making of these photos; we used vegetarian sushi (which I ate after the lost shot, om nom nom)

Photographer: Gregory Brown
Hair and makeup: moi!

The ever-lovely Technical Boy kindly edited this one up for my portfolio, too! <3

Shortly to be followed by an outtake where I started laughing :p

You can buy the corset here, skirt here and Alchemy choker here :)

I'll be shooting for Drac-in-a-Box yet again in Scotland next month. Can't wait to let my inner goffick out to play again xD
