Von Gutenberg magazine editorial

There are two full page photos of me wearing pretty designer latex in issue #4 of Von Gutenberg magazine :) The article is about the wonderful fashion photography of my friend The Beauty of Abyss. Thank you Emma Tiger, for letting me know and sending me some snaps!

I think I'm shooting with Thomas again in Switzerland this summer, yay!

I had a lovely time at Graeme Trott's rather wild birthday party last night. Thank you Shaun Hodge for driving me to the train station afterwards! It's great how much I'm seeing my friends recently. Modelling can be quite a lonely sort of life when you're always either off working in some obscure corner of the world or staying at home and getting early nights rather than staying up late and having fun. Hopefully I'll have time to go to the zoo with Hannah Ashlea and Ras on Monday, if I manage to get lots of painting done in the bathroom, first! Must try to find my camera battery charger so I can take lots of pictures of the penguins :D

Cradle of Filth's 'Lilith Immaculate' music video (2011)

The video for Cradle of Filth's latest single 'Lilith Immaculate' has been released- check me out in the bottom left corner of the screen smoking opium in a black basque around the 1:26 mark!

It's so awesome to be a part of Cradle's canon of work, however tiny ^^

In unrelated news, but to follow up on yesterday's blog about Gregory Brown, this summer he is exhibiting photos of me at The Kinky Cafe in Athens. I very much doubt I'll be able to go, but if any of my Greek readers manage to check it out, do let me know what you think :) x

Congratulations Gregory Brown, Erotic Photographer of the Year!

Congratulations are in order to Gregory Brown, who was awarded Photographer of the Year at the Erotic Awards 2011 (it so happens that I modelled for Jane Doe Latex  at the Erotic Awards last year... sadly I was too busy to make it this year). I'm delighted for him, and even more so that one of his photos of me helped to win the award :)

Greg recently sent me some new, unseen photos from the same shoot!

 Male model: John Evans!

The last  few days have been utter madness, even for me! Tons of people viewing our apartment (see last blog!), I'm writing a book, shooting nearly every day, ironing out the details of this year's modelling tours, redecorating my bathroom, and to make things even more hectic, I bought two adorable and mischievous Sphynx kittens last weekend! There simply aren't enough hours in the day for all the work I'm doing right now, hence I'm blog-writing at midnight when I ought to be catching up on my beauty sleep (I'm only seeing my financial advisor tomorrow, but still)! You might have already seen them on my Facebook profile; if not, I will blog some photos of them soon :)

Video of my shoot for MyHairdressers.com :)

I did a photo and video shoot with Stacey Broughton for MyHairdressers.com and Scissorboy respectively in March and the video has now been released. If you're not a hairdresser, the first part may not be of much interest, but if you skip to 11:40, you can watch me doing that posing thing that I do at the MyHairdressers.com photo shoot (and if the haircutting tutorial is of interest to you, I'd recommend signing up to scissorboy.com as it's free and they have hundreds of video tutorials from all over the world on there) ;) Most people don't get to see the photos actually being made, so this is kind of fun!

Stacey is generally recognised as being one of the best hairdressers in the world and gave me my funky asymmetric fringe, which won't be around much longer as it's really starting to grow out now, but it was fun while it lasted :) My favourite photo from the shoot, by Jamie Harrison:

My patented "angreh fess" shot is also being used to advertise MyHairdressers.com atm :)

I had a lovely day off yesterday with Liam- we went on a "double date" with Hannah Ashlea and her partner, Ras, to see Brassed Off at The Phoenix. The director was there for a Q&A session after the film, which was quite interesting. It's amazing how relevant films like Brassed Off and The Full Monty are becoming again!

Today will be spent answering emails, concreting the arrangements for my European Tour next month and planning my Asian Tour this winter, which must include visiting Hannah and Ras in Hong Kong as I'll really miss them when they move out there this year. Back to work I go ;)
