Hello to everyone coming over from Facebook and Instagram to see the uncensored tearsheet! I'm the main image in Tim Pile's art nude photography editorial in Good Light magazine, from back when I had two-tone orange hair :)
I love shooting artistic nudes in natural light, whether it's the soft pink of dawn, what I call "Nature's Hollywood lighting" at midday, the giant softbox effect of an overcast afternoon, or the warm golden evening light, right before the sun sets. I'm really happy that my Somerset Photographic Tours have proved so popular and I've been able to do so much location work already this summer :)
I love this fun new art nude piece by Tim Pile. We found this great old trunk on location that I just LOVED and had to climb around naked in :D I love glamorous luggage! Thanks to Bareskin Beauty, Tim didn't have to retouch my skin in Photoshop at all for this shot :)

I'm having a lovely time celebrating my first Beltane weekend. Glastonbury is certainly the place to be! I missed actual May Day as my love and I were both working, so I just read about some traditional Beltane celebrations in my Almanack. They're pretty steamy! There's one that involves all the men carving a huge phallus from a fallen tree. The women all kind of hump it and then it gets symbolically lowered into a special hole in the ground the women dug. Then they basically all have an orgy, from what I could tell. Gosh!
Yesterday, we went shopping in Glastonbury. The atmosphere was electric! I got a full body wax and bought myself some treats, including my favourite, raw chocolate, which is an aphrodisiac, and treated myself to an almond milk latte at La Terre.

The lady who ran the shop where I bought the incense and the book wished me a happy Beltane and said, "We have until Monday to misbehave."
I like to misbehave all year :) It's hard for people to feel free enough to act the way they want to all the time, I guess, which is probably why we assign certain days for certain things. I wish it was more of a taboo to hide your true nature than express it.
I think I'm going to make some scented candles today. I'm all out, except for little soy tealights. I like good lighting EVERYWHERE, not just at photo shoots, and candlelight is the most flattering of an evening :)
Feel free to follow me on Twitter for more nude photos :)
I had my first lie-in in I don't know how long this morning, until the heady hour of 10.30am, when my fuzzy alarm clock (Lilith) woke me up, demanding breakfast. I feel so rejuvenated!
And I wake to find this in my inbox from photographer Tim Pile :) Apologies if you already saw it on Twitter this morning!
I can't really be bothered to give myself a hair and makeup credit for this as I didn't really do anything, but my skincare was provided by Bareskin Beauty.
I loved this spectacular hand-carved fireplace!
For any photographers reading this, I am doing an Art Nude Studio Day at Lux Studio in Kent on Saturday 23 May, at a special all-inclusive rate of £50ph (me + studio + equipment + parking). Please email me at contact@anitadebauch.com if you would like to discuss.

I thought these beautiful artistic nudes shot by the talented Tim Pile last month could vaguely be connected with Easter eggs/ chicks...

I'm so so happy with the above image ^_^ It's just the sort of thing I aspired to do when I started wanting to shoot classical art nude work, maybe a year or so after I started modelling. I think I was 21 when I did my first nude shoots.
Here is another from the same shoot, shot indoors, where it was a bit warmer. Bareskin Beauty took care of all my skincare for this shoot, btw.
I hope you all get to do plenty of this ^ this weekend :D The house is somehow awash with hot cross buns, milk chocolate and Easter biscuits. I'm going to try baking this cake at some point :) If it goes well, I might make it again with a shot of spiced rum or some alternative that's fermented rather than brewed for my boyfriend's birthday next month. Sherry, maybe?
I ended up taking a bunch of photos of potential shoot locations in my local area of Somerset (boring story re: flaky photographer that I won't go into just now), and decided to put them to good use for photographers who would like to shoot in this beautiful area of the country, by making them into a little brochure you can print at home (safely downloadable pdf here!) and offering ...a convenient package deal including optional transport from London/ airport transfers and overnight accommodation for any photographers coming from far away!
You might even be able to rope in my friends Roswell Ivory and Madame Bink, if you're quick! E-mail contact@anitadebauch.com now.
To get in touch re: booking your Somerset Photographic Tour, e-mail contact@anitadebauch.com ASAP as they are selling out fast!
To see more of my snapshots of some example locations we could use, click here :) I will keep adding to this Pinterest board as and when I discover new places.
And yes... we can stop off for real Cheddar cheese and scrumpy cider if you want ;)
Have a great Easter weekend! I'm off to enjoy a cup of organic mulled cider by a bonfire under the full moon and a blanket of stars. I love Somerset ♥
