#FetishFriday flashback to my first shoot with Restrained Elegance and Ariel Anderssen

I found these from my first ever shoot with Restrained Elegance, who I've worked with many times since, as you probably know! Apologies if you already saw me retweet these on Twitter this morning. It was just a fun reminder for me! There is a wonderful core of really nice fetish producers in the UK who I work for regularly- you'll tend to see me popping up repeatedly on a handful of sites. They are run by genuine people who treat models and actors really professionally and make shoot days fun :)

These photos make me smile because I remember it as the first set I shot with Ariel Anderssen. Ariel is a trained actress as well as a model. She is SO lovely and friendly and bubbly in real life that she put me at my ease the second I arrived. The shoot concept was that she was a model who had been booked by me, a sinister photographer, who has the tables turned on her!

It was hilarious because Ariel genuinely scared me for a second when she turned mean for the movie. It was like I had turned my back for one second and there was a totally different and very intimidating person standing there! It really blew my mind and still inspires me to up my game a bit when it comes to the acting-on-video portion of my job. Ideally, I'd like to take a course of Voice & Movement lessons, but it's difficult to commit to a regular class schedule when you know you're going to end up getting booked on the same days as the classes!

Anyway! Here I am being the "GWC" shooting lovely sweet Ariel...

And here Ariel is scaring the living daylights out of me turning the tables by tying up and shooting her photographer!

The actual photographer, Hywel, wrote a really interesting piece on the ethics and politics of shooting fetish material, which is definitely worth a read :)

Today is the last day of the tour! I'm meeting my father for dinner tonight while he's visiting from France, then home to Somerset tomorrow. Can't wait :)

'The Lion Tamer' by Shawn Bishop feat. Jemma Funge & Ulorin Vex

In contrast to the moody, grainy black and white portraits in my last photo blog, I thought I'd post these fun brightly coloured ones from last month's shoot with Jemma Funge and Ulorin Vex, shot by Shawn Bishop at Scarlet Door :)

The theme was "lion tamer", with Jemma as the tamer and Chris (Ulorin) and me as lions :) I let my hair turn really blonde for this one specially. We all did our own hair and makeup. Click the images for larger versions!

This one kind of reminds me of those Dove adverts, or maybe a Bare Skin Beauty advert, as that's all I use on my skin :) Kind of wish I'd lifted my elbow a bit higher to avoid my little bicep bulge and armpit cleavage but other than that I really like this picture!

I've got four full days of shooting in the southeast and southwest starting tomorrow, followed by another block of four days in the southeast, followed by four days up north, so thought I'd blog again today as I won't have time again for a little while, and my backlog of images to share is building up!! Bettie Page, Bondage & Bullet Bras!

I had a fun day shooting "catfights" in Kent yesterday, and only came away with one little bruise on my elbow! I think that's pretty good going! The other model broke a nail, but that wasn't entirely my fault ;)

It was a really fun day with a definite Notorious Bettie Page vibe! The lady we were working for really reminded me of an East London version of Paula Klaw, Irving Klaw's sister, who helped make Bettie Page the most famous fetish model of all time :)

Sometimes I paused and thought to myself, damn, I get paid £50 per hour to wrestle with beautiful topless girls in stockings and suspenders instead of working in an office, unless of course it's an office set for a sexy secretary shoot and I'm wearing a satin pencil skirt and specs. Could I be any luckier?!! I don't think so!

Well, I don't have any photos from yesterday to share, but for anyone else who likes vintage satin lingerie, I have these wonderful photos taken by Seamus Costelloe, one of the very best photographers in the whole of Ireland, who booked me for three days in the medieval city of Kilkenny earlier this month. I shoot with Seamus in Ireland every year but this year was even better than usual :)

The bullet bra and deep suspender belt were lovingly recreated from original 1950s patterns by What Katie Did!

 I couldn't decide if I preferred this one in colour or black and white so I posted both!

Why do seamed stockings look so much better with the proper welt and keyhole at the top? I always notice when stockings are missing the keyhole. It's just not the same!

Well, I'd better get ready for a furniture delivery! I'm having a new king size bed delivered, among other things. The old one broke!
