"Classic but fucked" #NakedSundays by Perou

I have a new nude photo from my bloodstained shoot with Perou at The Bunker :)

Perou calls this set "classic but fucked."

Hair and makeup (except the blood): me.

Perou let me take as long as I liked over hair and makeup so I took a stab at victory rolls :)

What I sort of like about the top image is that to me at least, I look quite strong/ solid/ womanly, even though it's quite a classic/ modest/ demure sort of a pose. It's not an aspect of myself I often see in nude photos, especially with my build, which often lends itself to looking a bit more either waif-like and ethereal, androgynous and athletic, or kind of sharp and pointy, like the Judderman, if anyone remembers that advert :p

Having decided to take December off to relax and regroup, yesterday was my first day in at least 8 weeks of actually doing NOTHING ALL DAY. It felt INCREDIBLY WEIRD but I do feel refreshed today!

On Friday, Roswell Ivory and I visited the National Portrait Gallery to see the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize and Starring Vivien Leigh exhibitions, both of which were interesting and inspiring in their own ways.

There are just so many ways to express or construct aspects of a personality or moments in a person's life in photographs.

This was followed by live Elizabethan music among the Tudor portraits and dinner at Tokyo Diner in Chinatown, my third Japanese meal in three days.

I want to go back to the NPG this month for the Man Ray and Pre-Raphaelite Muse exhibitions.

I need to update my online portfolios BADLY.

Maybe tomorrow. Or maybe more galleries.

#NakedSundays with Perou

This is the second blood shot from my shoot with Perou ♥ Red and white is such a lush colour combination; bright, clinical and terrifying. I am the bloodstained ice queen.

So I'm back from my Lady Allura's Latex shoot in Ireland and just shot for Fabulously Fetish bespoke shoes in London; quite a bit of commercial rather than pure art-for-art's-sake work (like the pic above) atm (other things are top secret right now; will tell you here the second I can).

I like the challenge of commercial work, because it's good to mentally change gears to keep my brain running smoothly, but AFAS is the bestest.

Holly (Ivory Flame) was staying with me earlier this week while she's touring the southeast.

We had a coinciding day off in the V&A, where we went on a tour of the Tudors. Randomly, my favourite things were the beds. This was my favourite. I love 1930s Chinoiserie; the common Western perception at the time of China as this incredibly exotic, sensual, mysterious place makes for great decor and is kind of the way I'm going with my lounge. I'd never seen Tudor Chinoiserie before though!

After the museum, Holly and I went to Dirty Martini in Soho. I usually go there with Hannah Ashlea after shopping on Oxford Street; we love the decor and cheap cocktails. This time I had an actual dirty martini followed by a French martini (I forget what made it French). Holly had something with a chilli in it and we talked about just about everything going on in our worlds.

We're having a sleepover with Fredau tomorrow night, after watching a comedy panel TV show being recorded. I think I'm going to cook Kim Snyder's latest recipe for us and open a bottle of vintage bubbly. Phone photos of three drunk art nude models no doubt to follow.

Anita De Bauch caught red-handed with Perou

It's been nearly a week since I blogged! If you haven't been tracking my movements on Facebook/ Twitter/ Tumblr...

The highlight of my week was definitely shooting with world-famous fashion photographer Perou, one of my favourite and most inspirational photographers of all time! It's been a dream of mine to work with him for years. Perou shoots hundreds of celebrities, supermodels, actors, and rockstars, and this week he shot me at his studio in London :)

Got a good party weekend lined up- after my shoot tomorrow, I'm seeing The Bug at Koko in London, and have been invited to Perou's Clownface party in Mayfair to start Men's Fashion Week on Sunday. I think it's going to be a good weekend of music, cocktails and cute boy-spotting ;)

We're on the other side; the screen is us, and we're TV...

Heavy metal supergroup AXEWOUND's music video for 'Exorchrist' has just been released, starring yours truly as a female Satan, subverting and molesting all in her path!

LOOK!!!

Words simply cannot describe how much fun this video was to make. If there is a better way to spend time than writhing in blood and guts and deflowering virgins with models and rockstars then I want to hear about it right now!

It's so weird that playing a complete psycho all day can use up all your psycho-juices. When it was finally time to shower and put on clean clothes I suddenly became so nice and sweet that it was almost unbearable, even to me. Maybe some sort of hormonal balance needed to be struck!

Don't worry, it wore off by the time I got home ;)

Behind the scenes: AxeWound music video shoot for 'ExoChrist'!

I am a full-time model, so I have done a LOT of shoots. It's impossible to say exactly how many, but I'd guess that it must be 1000 or so by now. There are inevitably a few that really distinguish themselves in my memory for one reason or another, and I'm sure that yesterday's is going to be one of them!

One of my agencies (Spirit Model Management) got me the leading role in heavy metal supergroup AxeWound's music video for their latest single, 'ExoChrist', which I'm told is due to be released within a month!

I'm not sure exactly what I am and am not allowed to say about the video before it appears on TV, but judging by what the band themselves have been Tweeting about it, I can tell you that it involves:

• blood
• boobies
• a [strawberry] blonde chick- i.e. me- rolling around in blood on the floor
• buckets and buckets of blood
• lots of naked extras getting "down and dirty" (I quote Joe!)
• more boobies
• gallons, seriously, gallons and gallons, of blood and gore

Staying "in character" during a break in shooting! I didn't get hungry all day, probably because of all the fake blood I was swallowing- it's made of corn syrup! Pretty sure that's COMPLETELY banned on my diet..!

Believe it or not, I actually got EVEN MESSIER after I took the above photo, to the point where using my phone was no longer an option!

I can't wait to see the final finished video and share it with you right here in my blog, so SUBSCRIBE NOW (top right of this page- you can unsubscribe at any time)! I'll leave you with a pic of Liam and me after the shoot, having a shit-eating grin contest, apparently. I'd had a shower at that point but was still a bit stained! I think he was the one I liked the most- simultaneously laidback and also very into his music and the project (tricky balance); and a gentleman, to boot (but they all were) :)
