Happy St Patrick's Day!

I can't touch the black stuff as I'm shooting all day tomorrow, so instead I thought I'd post all my favourite photos and publications from various shoots I've modelled for in Ireland :) I'd also like to take this highly appropriate opportunity to say that I am currently available to shoot in Dublin on Sunday 12th and Saturday 18th June- the only remaining dates on this year's Irish Tour :)

Bridal and couple's portraiture!

Wrapping anniversary presents while waiting for someone to get back to me about a shoot location. It's our seventh anniversary on 25th January and as Liam isn't here atm I can wrap stuff in the living room without him seeing what he's getting, hee hee ^^

With the theme of love in mind, I thought I'd post my favourite bridal and couple's portraiture images from my portfolio :)

  Now back to wrapping and watching my inbox for a reply regarding using a local cafe/ shop as a shoot location. I emailed them quite late last night so they might not have read it yet. I don't know whether it's more polite to wait for a reply or more proactive to just go down there right now, even though if they haven't read the email I will be just some random crazy stranger coming in off the street. Hmmm!

I'm rather behind on my blogging due to travelling and general busy-ness but will now proceed to break down my news into subject-headed chunks in individual blogs. Otherwise I'd just write one blog that was pages long, and nobody wants that ;)

I just returned from a fantastic trip to Ireland where I had a three-day assignment shooting with one of my very favourite photographers, Seamus Costelloe. I really can't praise Seamus enough. As far as I'm concerned, if anyone wants any tips on how to be a good model photographer, come and assist Seamus for a day! I literally can't fault him in any respect whatsoever, he checks every box from my point of view, and then some!

We shot some amazing Jane Doe Latex and Naucler Design; I am SO excited to see the finished photos that I'm trying not to think about it, if you know what I mean! I think we also got a rather cool and sinister shot for Drac-in-a-Box and some sexy fetishy ones for Maxime Avet's new latex gloves business, All You Need is Gl♥ves, but I really will stop myself from saying any more now!! >.<

Days 1 & 2 of the Irish Tour feat. Mary McGuinness and Naucler Design

Wow, it's been over a week since I posted a blog. That must be a record for me! I've been so snowed under with shooting and the arrangements that go with it that I haven't had time to have a decent sit-down and waffle on in my usual way :p

On the plus side, all this shooting has resulted in my inbox positively bursting with shiny new photos that I'm going to share bit by bit :D Today: the results of my first two days' shooting in Ireland with Seamus Costelloe and his team.


Day 1

After getting up at 2 am and catching three different buses to get to Stansted, I flew to Dublin to meet Seamus, then we went back to his for coffee and for me to show him what I'd brought for our first day's shooting.

Then we were off to a fantastic location in Kilkenny called Left Bank, a huge bar/ club that used to be, you guessed it, a big old bank.

Day 2

The next day saw us back at Left Bank to shoot for Mary McGuinness Couture, who had custom made some fantastic outfits for the project!

First up, some avant-garde wedding dresses. If I were going to get married I'd much rather wear something like this than the traditional meringue (if I had several thousand to spend, lol)!

The second half of the day was spent on some REALLY cool outfits for Mary's new fetish fashion range. The yellow one was made from a kind of soft canvasy fabric and would be a great alternative to latex for fetish clubs for people who don't like the sweat-factor of latex!

I just love how strange/ androgynous/ alien I look in the last one. I'm guessing it won't be to everyone's tastes as it isn't too "pwetty" but I'm mostly more interested in striking photos than ones that are just "nice" ;) All the hair and makeup was by Victoria Mureuva, who had also flown in from London for the shoot!

EDIT 24.06.10: Just got another photo through of the asymmetric body Zynthia. Yay-ness!

Holy hell, my thighs were toned last month OO I need to get my sagging ass back in training, starting today!!

Ireland so far

Just spent a wonderful three days shooting with Seamus Costelloe in Kilkenny, Ireland, shooting latex and gorgeous Mary McGuinness couture at Left Bank (tres cool location!) and then some lovely au naturelle springtime nudes among the bluebells in the grounds of the Lyrath Estate Hotel*, where I was also treated to a lush triple decker BLT for lunch (it's 9.30 pm now and I'm still full, hee hee!). I cannot WAIT to see the results of the last three days (as in the photos, not my new waist size >.<)!

Also, there were lots of cute little duckies following their mums and dads around and taking swimming lessons in the hotel grounds today ^^

Now I'm in Dungarvan borrowing my second photographer of the tour's dongle and attempting to answer all the emails that have mounted up in my brief absence oO

* Apparently the Lyrath was Manson and Dita's first choice of wedding location <----------- (useless fact)
